Maryville Ultimate Frisbee Club is the new and current Ultimate Frisbee association for the entire campus.  We are a club, that which was started to reach the campus community and put forth a vast interest in the sport called Ultimate.  We hope to give the students here at Maryville a new way to establish lasting friendships, and make lasting memories here at Maryville, while learning a new sport.  As new players and friends show interest in the club and make it to our weekly meetings, we will all learn together the basic rules and principles to playing Ultimate.  Together, frisbees in hand, we will learn new throwing techniques, catching techniques, general offensive play, general defensive play, and the proper sportsmanship of Ultimate.  At some point in the future, this club would like to be able to send a selected number of students to nearby Ultimate Frisbee tournaments, and/or to host an annual Ultimate Frisbee tournament for area schools and players at Maryville University!
